InSAR技术在锦绣川水库形变监测中的应用

摘要 针对锦绣川水库存在的监测点位不够,维护管理困难,维护资金耗费多,只是对点位观测,缺乏枢纽全局性特别是对周边区域位移的观测数据,无法从宏观掌握坝体和周边区域长系列的变化趋势等问题,通过在锦绣川水库开展基于分布式散射体的时间序列InSAR水库大坝及周边区域形变监测,建设了水库大坝安全监测与监控系统,对锦绣川水库大坝的运行状态进行实时掌握,对水库枢纽和库区的安全状况进行分析。通过研判找到安全隐患,采取相应对策。将安全隐患彻底消除或减少隐患发生概率,提高水库综合效益,为水利工程的设计、大坝监测理论技术的发展及大坝运行管理和维护提供科学依据。该项目具有24 h不间断、各种恶劣天气均可运行、全流域覆盖、科技含量和自动化程度高、毫米级高精度和维护成本低等优点,实现工程安全智能分析预警,充分发挥了水库综合效益。 In veiw of the issues of Jin Xiuchuan Reservoir,such as the insufficient monitoring points,difficulties in maintenance and management,while high maintenance cost.The only point observation is lack of the overall monitoring data of the hub,especially the displacement observation data of the surrounding area.It is not possible to grasp the trend of the long series of changes of the dam body and the surrounding area.Through the deformation monitoring of Jin Xiuchuan reservoir and its surrounding area is carried out by time series InSAR based on distributed scatterers.The construction of reservoir dam safety monitoring and control system,so as to grasp the operation of Jin Xiuchuan reservoir dam in real time,and analyzes the reservoir hub and the safety situation,furthermore through the research and evaluation to find the safety risks and make the corresponding countermeasures.This project supports the complete elimination or reduction of the probability of hidden dangers,to improve the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir,and provide a scientific basis for the design of water engineering,the development of dam monitoring theory and technology,and the operation management and maintenance of the dam.On the other hand,the project also has the advantages of 24-hour operation in all kinds of bad weather,the whole basin coverage,high scientific and technological content and degree of automation,millimeter-level high precision and low maintenance cost,which is to achieve intelligent analysis and early warning of engineering safety,giving full play to the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir.
