摘要
肝胆病是临床内科学的主要部分,在临床带教的过程中容易出现肝胆病科医师机械地传授知识、学生全程被动接受以致于讲课效果差、学生对知识点不能很好地掌握和理解等问题。文章总结了PBL教学法和情景模拟教学法在肝胆病科临床教学中的特色和优势以及临床具体应用,为高等医学院的肝胆病科临床带教医师提升临床带教水平提供一定的参考。
Hepatobiliary diseases is the main part of clinical internal science.Doctors in hepatobiliary diseases department are prone to mechanically impart knowledge thus students passively accept the whole knowledge in the process.The teaching effect is poor and students cannot understand the knowledge points well.This paper summarized the characteristics and advantages of PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the clinical teaching of hepatobiliary diseases as well as the specific clinical application practice,so as to provide a certain reference value for doctors in higher medical colleges to improve the level of clinical teaching.
