摘要
针对类风湿关节炎临床教学在教学周期较短、理论教学方式单一、学习者重理论轻实践操作、缺乏教学模型、病历书写困难等方面的诸多问题,提出解决的方案。合理分配学习者的学习时间,把病案加入类风湿关节炎的教学中,培养学生正确的学习习惯,增加实践操作项目所相对应的教学模型,积极让教学流程、教学理论分别和临床实践相结合,为轮转的实习医师和规培医师的临床教学提供有益思路。
In view of the problems existing in clinical teaching of rheumatoid arthritis such as short teaching period,unitary theory teaching method,learners paying more attention to theory than practice,lack of teaching models,difficulty in writing medical records,etc,the author proposed a solution.By allocating learners’study time reasonably,adding the medical record to the teaching of rheumatoid arthritis,guiding the students’correct study habit and increasing the teaching model compared with the practical operation items,the author actively combined the teaching process and teaching theory with clinical practice to provide beneficial ideas for the clinical teaching of the interns and the standardized training physicians.
