摘要
目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)与操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)量表在中医临床实习教学中应用的一致性。方法以中国医科大学附属第一医院34名实习生作为实验对象,按照专业临床教学带教课程进行培训,均连续培训6周,每2周在培训现场分别依据Mini-CEX、DOPS量表的项目采集实习生的各项表现数据,对比3次项目评分的变化情况;采用组内相关系数(ICC)检验评估2种考核方式的一致性。结果相较于第1次考核评分,第2次、第3次时Mini-CEX量表及DOPS量表各项目评分均显著升高,组内方差检验差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Mini-CEX与DOPS量表均能够实时反馈实习生带教过程中存在的问题,帮助教师及时发现并适时指导,初步测试结果显示2种量表在中医内科学实习考核评估中一致性良好。
Objective To explore the consistency of mini clinical exercise assessment(Mini-CEX)and direct observation assessment of operational skills(DOPS)in traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice teaching.Methods Thirty-four interns in The First Hospital of China Medical University were trained according to the professional clinical teaching courses for six weeks.The performance data of interns were collected at the training site every 2 weeks according to the items of Mini-CEX and DOPS scale,and the changes of three item scores were compared.The intra group correlation coefficient(ICC)test was used to evaluate the consistency of the two assessment methods.Results Compared with the first assessment score,the scores of Mini-CEX scale and DOPS scale increased significantly at the second and third times.The difference of intra group variance test was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Mini-CEX and DOPS scales can provide real-time feedback on the problems existing in the teaching process of interns,and help teachers find and give timely guidance.The preliminary test results show that the two scales are in good agreement in the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine practice.
