热敏灸配合强筋健骨颗粒治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症临床观察

Thermosensitive Moxibustion Combined with Qiangjin Jiangu Granule in the Treatment of Osteoporosis with Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的探讨热敏灸配合强筋健骨颗粒治疗肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年12月江西省九江市中医医院收治的肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者60例为研究对象,随机将其分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组使用热敏灸配合强筋健骨颗粒治疗,对照组使用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,观察对比分析2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果2组治疗前、治疗后1周的骨密度测定值、疼痛、肾阳虚症状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后第2、4、6周的骨密度测定值、疼痛、肾阳虚症状比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者长期使用热敏灸配合强筋健骨颗粒治疗,能明显改善肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的骨密度、疼痛、肾阳虚症状,安全可靠,效果确切。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of thermosensitive moxibustion combined with Qiangjin Jiangu granule on osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type.Methods Sixty patients with osteoporosis of kidney yang deficiency type treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with thermosensitive moxibustion combined with Qiangjin Jiangu granules,while the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsules.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The two groups of patients were recorded and observed before medication and at 1 week after treatment.The bone mineral density,pain and kidney yang deficiency symptoms of the two groups were compared and observed.There were no significant statistical differences in the clinical treatment effects between the two groups(P>0.05).But there were significant statistical differences in bone mineral density,pain and kidney yang deficiency symptoms at 2weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term treatment of kidney yang deficiency osteoporosis with thermosensitive moxibustion combined with Qiangjin Jiangu granule can significantly improve the bone mineral density,pain and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.It is safe,reliable and effective in the treatment of osteoporosis with kidney yang deficiency.
