灯盏生脉胶囊治疗微血管性心绞痛临床观察

Dengzhan Shengmai Capsule in the Treatment of Microvascular Angina Pectoris

目的观察灯盏生脉胶囊治疗微血管性心绞痛气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法将90例微血管性心绞痛患者分为对照组(45例)和治疗组(45例)。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服灯盏生脉胶囊,8周为1个疗程,观察2组治疗前和治疗后典型微血管性心绞痛的发作频率、临床症状改善、心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度改善及中医证候疗效。结果治疗8周后,治疗组心绞痛症状总有效率84.44%(38/45)优于对照组的68.89%(31/45)(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);运动平板心电图总有效率82.22%(37/45)优于对照组的71.11%(32/45)(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组证候疗效总有效率86.67%(39/45)明显高于对照组的73.33%(33/45)(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论灯盏生脉胶囊治疗气阴两虚型微血管性心绞痛效果显著,且安全、经济、方便。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dengzhan Shengmai capsule on microvascular angina pectoris of qi and yin deficiency type.Methods 90 patients with microvascular angina pectoris were divided into control group(45 cases)and treatment group(45 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given Dengzhan Shengmai capsule on the basis of conventional treatment for 8 weeks as a course.The frequency of typical microvascular angina pectoris,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the improvement of ST segment depression of deficient blood type in electrocardiogram exercise test and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were observed in the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group was 84.44%(38/45),which was higher than that in the control group(68.89%,31/45)(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of exercise plate electrocardiogram(82.22%,37/45)was better than that of control group(71.11%,32/45)(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%(39/45),which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%,33/45)(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dengzhan Shengmai capsule has significant curative effect in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris of qi and yin deficiency type,and it is safe,economic and convenient.
