针刺联合热敏灸治疗肝郁脾虚型卒中后抑郁临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Thermal Sensitive Moxibustion in the Treatment of Post-stroke Depression of Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

目的探讨针刺联合热敏灸治疗肝郁脾虚型卒中后抑郁的效果。方法选取沈阳市第一人民医院收治的80例肝郁脾虚型卒中后抑郁患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用针刺联合热敏灸治疗。以2组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表-24(HAMD-24)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及Barthel指数作为观察指标并比较,治疗后计算临床总有效率。结果治疗组HAMD-24、SDS评分降低程度和Barthel指数升高程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为92.50%(37/40),对照组临床总有效率为77.50%(31/40),治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合热敏灸治疗肝郁脾虚型卒中后抑郁有较好的效果,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with thermal sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of post stroke depression with liver depression and spleen deficiency type.Methods 80 cases of post-stroke depression patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency treated in Shenyang First People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment in Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion on this basis.Hamilton Depression Scale-24(HAMD-24),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and Barthel index were compared between the two groups,and the total clinical effective rate was calculated after treatment.Results The reduction of HAMD-24 and SDS scores and the increase of Barthel index in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%(37/40),and that of the control group was 77.50%(31/40),which was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with thermal sensitive moxibustion has a good therapeutic effect on post-stroke depression patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,which is worthy of clinical application.
