补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗腰椎管狭窄症术后气虚血瘀证患者下肢残留症状临床观察

Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Residual Symptoms of Lower Limbs in Postoperative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的探究在腰椎管狭窄症术后气虚血瘀证应用补阳还五汤联合针刺对患者下肢残留症状的影响。方法在萍乡市中医院展开相关研究,收治时间为2020年8月—2021年6月,研究对象为腰椎管狭窄术治疗患者,均在术后诊断为气虚血瘀证,伴随下肢残留症状,共选取60例患者,将其分为2组,给予不同的治疗方法,命名为观察组和对照组,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,2组患者的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和日本骨科协会(JOA)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2、4周后,观察组JOA的评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。结论将补阳还五汤联合针刺应用于腰椎管狭窄症术后气虚血瘀证患者的治疗中,其效果显著,可改善患者的下肢残留症状,对促进患者恢复具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture on residual symptoms of lower limbs in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after lumbar spinal stenosis surgery.Methods A relevant study was conducted in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to June 2021.The study objects were lumbar spinal stenosis surgery patients.All patients were diagnosed with qi deficiency and blood stasis after surgery,accompanied by residual symptoms of lower limbs.A total of sixty patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The two groups were given different treatment methods.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the pain score and JOA score of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05)and the JOA score was higher after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30).(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of Buyang Huanwu decoction and acupuncture in the treatment of residual symptoms of lower limbs in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after lumbar spinal stenosis surgery has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the patients’residual symptoms of lower limbs and is positive in promoting the recovery of patients.
