Clinical Experience of Chief Physician Chen Huiqing in the Treatment of Pediatric Diseases

陈辉清主任医师是第五批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,福建省名老中医,福州市鼓楼区非物质文化遗产项目“福州陈氏儿科”第七代传人。他广取众长,博采众方,习用民间草药,学术经验可归纳为12个字“重辨证,明医理,循常法,精遣药”,提出的“肺脾同治,肝脏协理”为儿科诊疗之主流学术观点,重视顾护脾胃,主张“活幼全婴,燮脾为先,动和相济,寒热勿偏,平和为旨,中病辄止”。

Chief Physician Chen Huiqing is the fifth batch of instructors for the inheritance of national senior traditional Chinese medicine experts academic experience,a famous senior traditional Chinese medicine expert in Fujian Province.He is the seventh generation inheritor of“Fuzhou Chen’s Pediatrics”,which is an intangible cultural heritage project in Gulou district in Fuzhou.He widely adopted the strengths of others and extensively studied Chinese medicine and use folk herbs.His academic experience can be summed up in twelve words,“emphasis on syndrome differentiation,clear medical theory,follow the regular method,proficient in medicine”.He proposed that“lung and spleen should be treated together and liver should be regulated at the same time”,which is the mainstream academic viewpoint of pediatric diagnosis and treatment.He attaches importance to protecting the spleen and stomach and advocates“to treat children,regulate the spleen first,combine the dynamic and static change,balance cold and heat,harmony is the aim,stop treatment as soon as the disease is cured”.
