以院系改革为契机走文史医融合的教学科研新路子

Taking the Reform of the Department as an Opportunity to Take the New Teaching and Research Way of I ntegrating Literature Literature,History and Medicine

全系教师抓住院系改革的契机,坚定走文、史、医多学科融合的教学、科研之路;“十三五”时期,全系论文数、课题数、经费总额分别较“十二五”时期增长128%、371%、432%;实现了2个根本性转变:一是从根本上改变了以往医古文、医史各家学说、中医文献3个教研室“老死不相往来”的状况,全系教师交流教学心得,互通科研信息,教学科研交相辉映;二是从根本上改变了以往科研如同“散兵游勇”的“单打独斗”,形成了四大方向的团队力量,实现了高级别课题与论文的双突破,改变了“发论文难、拿项目难”的局面。

The faculty of the department seized the opportunity of the reform of the department and firmly took the path of teaching and scientific research integrating Chinese language and literature,history and medicine.In the period of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the number of papers,the number of projects and the total amount of funds of the department increased by 128%,371%and 432%respectively compared with the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan.Two fundamental changes have been realized:one is to fundamentally change the situation that the three teaching and research departments of ancient medical literature,medical history and theories of schools of traditional Chinese medicine,literature of traditional Chinese medicine are not connected with each other.The teachers of the department exchange teaching experience and research information,so that teaching and research complement each other.The second is to fundamentally change the previous scientific research as“scattered soldiers”,“fighting alone”,formed a team strength in four directions,to achieve a high-level project and paper double breakthrough,change the“It is difficult to publish papers and apply for projects”situation.
