薄型子宫内膜的中医临床研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Clinical Treatment of Thin Endometrium

子宫内膜偏薄是目前导致不孕的主要原因之一,适宜的子宫内膜厚度是胚胎着床的先决条件。如何增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫局部血液循环,增加子宫内膜容受性是妇科生殖内分泌关注的热点。治疗上西医大多以补充雌激素为主,但激素的应用有严格的适应证和禁忌证,且临床效果不尽如人意,顺应性差。中医药从整体出发,辨证论治,毒副作用小,更易于被患者接受。此文从中医角度探究薄型子宫内膜的病因、病机及治疗方法,以期为单纯使用雌激素疗效欠佳或不能长期耐受雌激素治疗的患者提供新疗法,为中医临床的治疗提供参考,开辟新思路。

Thin endometrium is one of the main causes of infertility at present.Appropriate endometrium thickness is the precondition of embryo implantation.How to increase endometrial thickness,improve local uterine blood circulation and increase endometrial receptivity is the key to the treatment of this disease.Western medicine is mainly based on supplementing estrogen.A large amount of estrogen will do certain harm to liver and kidney function,and may cause thrombosis and increase the risk of neoplastic diseases.This article explored the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of thin endometrium from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to open up a new treatment idea for patients with poor efficacy and long-term tolerance of estrogen by using estrogen alone.
