全程护理联合家属陪伴干预对急性胰腺炎患者心理状态、依从性的影响

Effects of whole course nursing combined with family companion intervention on mental state and compliance of patients with acute pancreatitis

目的探讨全程护理联合家属陪伴干预在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者,遵循随机数字表法将其分为常规组(50例,全程护理干预)和联合组(50例,全程护理联合家属陪伴干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,联合组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的用药、自我观察、临床护理依从率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,联合组的简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)各维度评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理联合家属陪伴干预应用于急性胰腺炎患者中可改善负面情绪,提升依从性。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing combined with family companion intervention in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(50 cases,whole course nursing intervention)and combined group(50 cases,whole course nursing combined with family companion intervention)according to random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the combined group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rates of medication,self-observation and clinical nursing in the combined group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the combined group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing combined with family companion intervention applied in patients with acute pancreatitis can improve negative emotions,and improve medical care compliance.
