基于雨课堂直播的翻转互动教学结合Seminar-案例教学法对神经内科实习护士思维能力及学习态度的影响

Effects of flipped interactive teaching based on rain classroom live broadcast combined with Seminar-case teaching method on thinking ability and learning attitude of neurology practice nurses

摘要 目的探讨基于雨课堂直播的翻转互动教学结合Seminar-案例教学法在神经内科实习护士中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月神经内科实习护士60名,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30名。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用基于雨课堂直播的翻转互动教学结合Seminar-案例教学法。比较两组的教学效果。结果出科时,观察组的理论知识、实践操作评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出科时,观察组的寻找真相、分析能力及批判性思维的自信心评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出科时,观察组的学习兴趣、学习体验、学习习惯、对神经内科护理的认识评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂直播的翻转互动教学结合Seminar-案例教学法用于神经内科实习护士中,可提高思维能力,改善学习态度,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of flipped interactive teaching based on rain classroom live broadcast combined with Seminar-case teaching method in neurology practice nurses.Methods A total of 60 neurology practice nurses from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted flipped interactive teaching based on rain classroom live broadcast combined with Seminar-case teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results When leaving the department,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When leaving the department,the scores of truth-seeking,analytical ability and self-confidence of critical thinking in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).When leaving the department,the scores of learning interest,learning experience,learning habits and understanding of neurology nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped interactive teaching based on rain classroom live broadcast combined with Seminar-case teaching method applied in neurology practice nurses can improve thinking ability,and ameliorate learning attitude,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
