数字化救治平台在急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨数字化救治平台在急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)静脉溶栓(intravenous thrombolysis,IVT)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年6月在杭州师范大学附属医院急诊科住院治疗的150例AIS患者,将2020年7月1日应用数字化救治平台前收治的70例AIS患者作为对照组;应用数字化救治平台后收治的80例AIS患者作为干预组。干预组通过数字化救治平台后台导出救治过程中的数据,对照组使用院内自制救治流程记录表进行手工记录,比较两组IVT流程中各环节所需时间和救治效果。结果 干预组与对照组比较,到院至CT时间(door-to-imaging time,DIT)和到院至IVT时间(door-to-needle time,DNT)明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者出院时,干预组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)和改良Rankin量表(modified Rankin scale,MRS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于AIS患者通过数字化救治平台可提高IVT的时效性,提高患者的救治效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of digital rescue platform in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)undergoing intravenous thrombolysis(IVT).Methods A total of 150 patients with AIS who were hospitalized in the emergency department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.70 patients with AIS who were admitted before the application of the digital rescue platform on July 1,2020 were selected as control group,80 patients with AIS who were admitted after the application of the digital rescue platform were selected as intervention group.The intervention group exported the data in the rescue process through the background of the digital rescue platform,and the control group used the self-made rescue process record table in the hospital to record manually.The time and rescue effect of each link in IVT process were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the door-to-imaging time(DIT)and door-to-needle time(DNT)of intervention group were significantly shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and modified Rankin scale(MRS)in intervention group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For AIS patients,the digital rescue platform can improve the timeliness of IVT and improve the rescue effect of patients.
