Policy Communications between China and Southeast Asian Countries within the Framework of the Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”提出十年来,中国与东南亚国家围绕共建“一带一路”进行了一系列政策沟通,推动了发展战略对接、合作规范融合和发展规划协同的初步实现。未来,中国与东南亚国家的政策沟通将在不断强化多双边对话机制的基础上进一步提质升级。与此同时,中国与东南亚国家的政策沟通也面临一系列由国际地区环境噪音、沟通者内部政治运行噪音及内外部定向干扰噪音造成的严峻挑战。

Since the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)was put forward ten years ago,China and Southeast Asian countries have conducted many policy communications on the BRI,which have promoted the initial realization of the coordination of development strategies,integration of cooperation norms and alignment of development plans.In the future,policy communications between China and Southeast Asian countries are expected to be further improved and upgraded on the basis of continuously strengthening the multilateral and bilateral dialogue mechanisms.At the same time,policy communications between China and Southeast Asian countries also face severe challenges caused by a series of international and regional environmental noise,the noise of communicators internal political operation and the noise of internal and external directional interference.
