东道国员工视角下东南亚中资企业社会责任与民心相通

摘要 “海外中资企业与东道国员工匹配调查”(OCEES)数据分析结果表明,东南亚中资企业积极履行经济责任和法律责任,有利于帮助企业当地员工加深对中国的认知;在此基础上,中资企业加强伦理责任的履行意识,不仅有利于加深当地员工对华认知强度,而且当地员工对华认知效度更趋于正面;中资企业积极履行经济、法律、伦理、慈善四个方面的社会责任,能够有效提高东道国员工对中国人的亲近感。据此,海外中资企业应继续加强经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任和慈善责任方面的企业社会责任意识,以利益相关者需求为导向完善企业社会责任执行标准。与此同时,政府引导跨国企业积极承担社会责任,促进东南亚员工对华认知的强度,改善对华认知效度和亲密度。 The results of the Overseas Chinese Enterprises and Employees Survey(OCEES)indicate that China-funded firms in Southeast Asia actively fulfill their economic and legal responsibilities,which is beneficial for helping local employees deepen their understanding of China.On this basis,strengthening the awareness of Chinese firms to fulfill their ethical responsibilities not only helps intensify the cognitive intensity of local employees towards China,but also tends to be more positively cognitive validity of local employees towards China.What is more,when Chinese firms actively fulfill their CSR in economic,legal,ethical,and charitable aspects,they can effectively enhance host employees closeness towards their Chinese colleagues and China at large.Thus,this article proposes that overseas Chinese firms continue to strengthen their CSR awareness in terms of economic,legal,ethical,and charitable dimensions,and improve the CSR implementation standards guided by the needs of stakeholders.At the same time,the government strengthens the supervision of the implementation of multinational firms and guides them to undertake CSR activities.This is an important path to expand the depth of host employees cognition of China,to build a positive perception of China,and to enhance the closeness of local employees toward the Chinese and China.
