负压伤口干预联合综合护理干预在慢性伤口治疗中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Negative Pressure Wound Intervention Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Chronic Wounds

目的:分析在慢性伤口治疗中应用综合护理干预联合负压伤口干预的效果。方法:选择2021年6月至2022年9月入住贺州广济医院的慢性伤口患者60例进行分析,对全部患者均采用计算机数字表法分成两组,参比组实施常规处理,研究组在常规处理基础上实施综合护理联合负压伤口干预,比较两组伤口愈合计分、伤口愈合时间、疼痛程度、治愈方式、治愈率以及肉芽组织覆盖率。结果:研究组在干预2周、4周、8周后的伤口愈合计分均明显低于参比组,而肉芽组织覆盖率明显高于参比组,P<0.05;研究组的伤口愈合时间短于参比组,且疼痛程度评分明显低于参比组,P<0.05;组间手术治愈率对比无明显差别,P>0.05;而研究组湿性伤口治愈率高于参比组,P<0.05。结论:在治疗慢性伤口中,负压伤口联合综合护理干预能有效促进患者的伤口愈合,减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高肉芽组织覆盖率和治愈率,有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with negative pressure wound intervention in the treatment of chronic wounds.Methods:60 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Hezhou Guangji Hospital from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected for analysis.All patients were divided into two groups by computer digital table method.The control group received routine treatment,while the study group received comprehensive nursing combined with negative pressure wound intervention on the basis of routine treatment.The wound healing scores,wound healing time,pain level,healing method,healing rate,and granulation tissue coverage of the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of intervention,the wound healing score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,while the coverage rate of granulation tissue was significantly higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05;the wound healing time of the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the pain severity score was significantly lower than the reference group,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the surgical cure rate between the groups,P>0.05;while the wet wound healing rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic wounds,the combination of negative pressure wound and comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively promote wound healing,reduce patient pain,improve granulation tissue coverage and healing rate,and have high promotion value.
