内热针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type with Internal Heat Acupuncture

目的:探究内热针治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效,为临床治疗该病提供参考。方法:将72例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例,分别予普通针刺治疗及内热针干预,均治疗4周。分别比较两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为89%,对照组总有效率为61%,观察组总有效率优于对照组。根据秩和检验的结果,观察组总有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前NDI、VAS评分和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。组内比较:两组患者治疗后的NDI、VAS评分均比治疗前降低(均P<0.05)。组间比较:观察组患者治疗后的NDI、VAS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:内热针治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效确切,值得在临床上推广及发展。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of internal heat acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:72 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.They were treated with ordinary acupuncture and internal heat acupuncture respectively for 4 weeks.The treatment efficiency,VAS and NDI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 89%in the observation group and 61%in the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.According to the results of rank sum test,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NDI and VAS scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(all P>0.05).Intra group comparison:NDI and VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).Comparison between groups:NDI and VAS scores of patients in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of internal heat acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is definite,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and development.
