摘要 职教师范生是技能型人才培养的重要力量之一,其教育实习参与意愿间接影响着中职学校的师资力量和学生的素质。以广西师范大学的职教本科生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式,分析调查结果和实证研究,探究深层原因。调查结果显示:职教师范生教育实习参与的总体意愿偏弱,有待加强,并且在年级和报考意愿上存在显著性差异。文章从国家和社会、学生就读学校、学生实习学校和个体层面四个维度出发来深入探讨职教师范生的教育实习参与意愿的影响因素,以期采取有效措施,提高其实习意愿,进而提高职教师生的能力和素质。 Vocational Normal students are one of the important forces in the training of skilled talents,and their willingness to participate in educational practice indirectly affects the quality of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools.Taking vocational education undergraduates from Guangxi Normal University as the research object,this study analyzes the survey results and empirical research through the form of questionnaire,and explores the deep reasons.The survey results show that the overall willingness of vocational normal students to participate in educational practice is weak and needs to be strengthened,and there are significant differences in different grades and willingness to apply.This study explores the influencing factors of students'willingness to participate in educational practice from the four dimensions of the country and society,students'school,students'practice school and individual level,in order to take effective measures to improve their willingness to practice,and then improve the ability and quality of teachers and students in vocational education.
