摘要
文章针对人力资源管理领域普遍存在的工作与家庭矛盾冲突问题进行理论研究,通过引入角色冲突和工作投入的相关理论,构建了工作-家庭冲突为自变量、工作投入度为因变量的理论验证模型,以特定企业员工作为研究对象,采用文献分析法、问卷法和统计学方法等对该企业员工的工作-家庭冲突对其工作投入度的影响进行实证分析。研究结果表明,员工的工作-家庭冲突对员工的工作投入能产生一定负面影响,企业在人力资源管理中需综合考虑平衡员工工作和家庭关系,以进一步提升员工工作投入度,推动企业提升市场竞争力。
This paper conducts theoretical research on the conflict between work and family,which is common in the field of human resource management.By introducing the relevant theories of role conflict and job involvement,this paper constructs a theoretical verification model with work-family conflict as independent variable and job involvement as dependent variable,and takes employees of specific enterprises as research objects.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire and statistical methods to empirically analyze the influence of work-family conflict on the employee's job engagement.The research results show that employees'work-family conflict can have a certain negative impact on employees'work involvement.Enterprises need to comprehensively consider the balance between employees'work and family relationship in human resource management,so as to further improve employees'work involvement and promote enterprises'market competitiveness.
