不同级别医院职工工作满意度调查及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查广西不同级别医院职工工作满意度情况,并分析其产生差异的影响因素。方法:采用医护人员满意度量表进行调查,利用SPSS22.0软件分别从性别、年龄、工作年限、岗位类型和专业技术职称等方面分析不同级别医院职工工作满意度状况并进行多重线性回归分析,探索影响不同级别医院职工工作满意度的主要因素。结果:对911名职工满意度调查的结果表明,不同级别医院职工工作满意度得分为:一级医院91分、二级医院90分、三级医院81分。多重线性回归分析表明,医院级别、婚姻状况、工作年限和职称情况是影响医院职工工作满意度的主要因素。结论:一级医院职工工作满意度较高,其次是二级医院,最后是三级医院。建议在制订提升医院职工工作满意度的政策时,充分考虑医院因素对医院职工工作满意度的影响。同时,医院管理者需要重点关注工作满意度较低的职工,通过顶层设计、强化政策导向,加强对年轻员工的关爱与培养,实现情感聚人和事业励人,不断提升职工的幸福感和归属感。 Objective:To investigate the job satisfaction of employees at different levels of hospitals in Guangxi and analyze the influencing factors that lead to differences.Methods:A survey was conducted using the Medical Staff Satisfaction Scale.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the job satisfaction status of hospital employees at different levels from gender,age,working years,job types,and professional technical titles.Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to explore the main factors affecting job satisfaction of hospital employees at different levels.Results:The satisfaction survey of 911 employees showed that the job satisfaction scores of employees at different levels of hospitals were:91 points for first level hospitals,90 points for second level hospitals,and 81 points for third level hospitals.Multiple linear regression analysis shows that hospital level,marital status,working years,and professional titles are the main factors affecting job satisfaction among hospital employees.Conclusion:The job satisfaction of employees in first level hospitals is relatively high,followed by second level hospitals and finally third level hospitals.It is recommended that when formulating policies to improve the job satisfaction of hospital staff,the impact of hospital factors on the job satisfaction of hospital staff should be fully considered.At the same time,hospital managers need to focus on employees with low job satisfaction,strengthen policy guidance through top-level design,care and training for young employees,achieve emotional cohesion and career motivation,and continuously improve employees'sense of happiness and belonging.
