中国高校教育智库研究基本特征、热点演化与发展脉络分析

Analysis of Basic Characteristics,Hot Spot Evolution and Development Context of Research on Chinese University Education Think Tank

国家治理能力和治理水平的提升呼唤国家软实力与竞争力的增强,被赋予时代使命与重要功能的高校教育智库应运而生。系统把握高校教育智库研究的知识网络和演进路径,有利于助推高校教育智库的高质量发展。借助科学前沿图谱分析,揭示高校教育智库研究的基本特征、热点演化与发展脉络,发现高校教育智库研究机构合作网络相对分散;高校智库、智库建设、大学图书馆、新型智库、教育智库等研究热点备受关注;形成突出“研讨共话”、聚焦“政策源流”、强调“联盟服务”等发展脉络。聚焦智库“共同体”、社会“服务性”、研究“融合性”、对标“精准性”提出高校教育智库研究展望,为推动高校教育智库高质量发展提供决策参考。

The capacity and level for national governance call for the enhancement of the national soft power and competitiveness.University education think tanks,which was bestowed with the age mission and important functions of the times emerge as the times require.Systematically grasping the knowledge network and evolution path of university education think tanks is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of university education think tanks.With the help of scientific frontier map analysis,this paper reveals the basic characteristics,hot spot evolution and development context of university education think tanks research.The results showed that the cooperation network of research institutions is relatively fragmented.It has generated very important research hotspots such as university think tanks,think tank construction,university library,new think tank,and educational think tank.Three evolutionary paths have been formed,which the exploratory stage(highlighting"collaborative discussion"),the deepening stage(focusing on"policies sources"),and the extension stage(emphasizing"alliance services").In view of this,this paper puts forward research prospects of university education think tanks,that focus on the"community"of think tanks,the"serviceability"of society,the"integration"of research,and"accuracy"of recommendation,which provide decision-making reference for promoting high-quality development of university education think tanks.
