我国老龄宜居产业的现状、问题及发展对策研究

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Livable Industry for the Aged

老龄宜居产业是适应老龄社会的新型产业,在城镇化建设和城市更新工程不断推进的背景下,我国老龄宜居产业正处于发展的机遇期,具有巨大的发展潜力,已成为老龄产业中快速发展的领域,引起各路资本的密切关注。然而,整体上看,我国的老龄宜居产业还刚刚起步,面临有效需求不足、相关政策发展滞后、市场化筹措机制缺乏、产业链尚未形成等问题。为了更好地满足全体公民老年期多层次、多元化的宜居需求,为建设理想老龄社会营造良好的条件和环境,需要加强产业顶层制度设计,加大政策扶持力度,实现全产业链发展,加快培育产业组织,建立统计指标体系,加快信息技术应用,构建老龄宜居产业服务平台。

The livable industry for the aged is a new industry that suits the aging society.Against the background of urbanization and urban,China's livable industry for the aged is in a period of opportunity and has great potential for development.As a fast-developing industry,it has attracted capital investments from various channels.Nevertheless,China's livable industry for the aged has just started,facing some problems such as insufficient effective demand,lagging policies and lack of market-based financing mechanisms.Besides,the industrial chain is still yet to be developed.In order to better meet the multi-level and diversified livable needs of all citizens in old age and create a favorable environment for building an ideal aging society,we should strengthen the design of the top-level industrial system,enhance policy support,promote development of the whole industrial chain,cultivate industrial organizations and establish a statistical indicator system.We should also expedite the application of information technologies and develop a service platform for the industry.
