摘要
目的评价某机械制造企业涂装厂房防毒设施改造效果,为相同行业类似厂房和工序的防毒设施设计、改造提供参考。方法通过现场职业卫生调查,了解项目实际、制定工程改造方案并实施,对工程改造前后工作场所主要危害因素二甲苯的浓度、局部排风罩的控制风速进行检测、分析和评价。结果工程改造之后,涂装厂房调漆、喷漆、擦拭岗位的二甲苯浓度明显降低,其中时间加权平均浓度降幅为57.3%~96.2%,短时间接触浓度的降幅为70.9%~99.0%,均符合职业接触限值要求;局部排风罩的控制风速明显提高,增幅为70.6%~211.1%,均超过最低标准要求。结论本次涂装厂房防毒设施改造基本合理、有效。
Objective To provide the reference for design and transform of toxicant control facilities for similar processes in the same industry,this paper evaluates the effect of toxicant control facilities for the painting workshop in a machinery man⁃ufacturer.Methods Based on the occupational hygiene investigation,we made the engineering renovation plan and imple⁃mented it,then analysed and evaluated the xylene concentration in the workplace and the capture velocity of the local-ex⁃haust ventilation hood before and after the transformation.Results After the transformation,the concentration of xylene de⁃creased significantly in the paint mixing,painting and wiping positions in the painting workplace,the time-weighted average concentration decreased by 57.3%to 96.2%,and the short-term exposure concentration decreased by 70.9%to 99.0%,which all met the requirements of occupational exposure limits.The capture velocity of the local-exhaust ventilation hood was improved significantly by 70.6%to 211.1%,which exceeded the minimum standard requirements.Conclusion The transformation of toxicant control facilities for the painting workplace is basically reasonable and effective.
