气相色谱内标法测定黔北地区散装白酒中的甲醇

Determination of methanol in bulkliquor in Northern Guizhou by internal standard gas chromatography

目的利用气相色谱仪-氢火焰检测器检测散装白酒中的甲醇。方法采集黔北地区15个县(区)加工小作坊和农贸市场生产的散装白酒,选择DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱,进样口温度:250℃,分流比20∶1,采用内标法定量检测散装白酒中的甲醇。结果内标标准曲线线性范围10~800 mg/L,相关系数为0.9990,加标回收率为95.55%~97.40%。方法检出限为10 mg/L。结论该方法线性好重现性高,适用于实验室大批量检测白酒中的甲醇。

Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of methanol in liquor by gas chromatography-hy⁃drogen flame detector.Methods The bulk liquor produced by small workshops and farm markets in 15 counties(districts)of Qianbei region was collected,and a DB-WAX capillary chromatographic column with the injection temperature of 250℃and the shunt ratio of 20∶1 was selected for the quantitative determination of methanol by using an internal standard method.Results The linear range of standard curve was 10mg/L to 800 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9990,and the standard recovery was 95.55%to 97.40%.The limit of detection was 10 mg/L.Conclusion The method has good linearity and high reproducibility,suitable for the determination of methanol in liquor of large quantities in laboratory.
