应用全景案例教学法培养中职护生外科护理临床综合能力的探讨

摘要 目的探讨全景案例教学法应用于中职外科护理教学中对培养护生临床综合能力的效果。方法选择百色市民族卫生学校2018年1月—2020年12月二年级的中职学生三个学年12个班级的862名学生作为研究对象,随机分为全景案例教学法授课(观察组,n=431)和传统教学法授课(对照组,n=431),观察组开展全景案例教学法,对照组则采用传统的教学方法授课。授课结束后进行统一考试,比较两组学生临床思维、实践操作能力、理论测试的成绩。结果考试成绩显示,观察组的临床思维、实践操作能力、理论测试的成绩均明显高于对照组的成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论全景案例教学法可以激发学生对外科护理学的学习兴趣,提高学生的主观能动性,培养学生的临床思维能力、沟通能力和动手能力。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of panoramic case teaching method in secondary vocational surgical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 862 students from 12 classes in three academic years of grade 2 secondary vocational school students in Baise Ethnic Health School from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into panoramic case teaching method(observation group,n=431)and traditional teaching method(control group,n=431).The observation group carried out panoramic case teaching method in the teaching process of surgical nursing in secondary vocational schools,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.At the end of the project,a unified examination was conducted to compare the scores of clinical thinking,practical operation ability and theoretical tests of the two groups of students.Results The test results showed that the clinical thinking,practical operation ability and theoretical test scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Panoramic case teaching method can stimulate students'interest in surgical nursing,improve students'subjective initiative,and cultivate students'clinical thinking ability and practical ability by integrating case teaching into the classroom.
