探讨微课教学法在神经外科本科临床教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的研究神经外科本科临床教学中微课教学法的应用价值。方法选取2019年9月—2021年9月神经外科的160名实习生,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组(80名)采用传统教学方法,试验组(80名)采用微课教学法,对比两组教学满意度、临床沟通能力、临床思维能力、考核成绩、自我评估效果。结果试验组教学总满意率93.75%,高于对照组的78.75%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组自我评估得分,考核成绩临床沟通能力评分临床思维能力评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论神经外科本科临床教学中应用微课教学法可促进教学效果提高,提高学生临床沟通及思维能力,并提高满意度。 Objective To study the application value of micro-lecture teaching method in neurosurgery undergraduate clinical teaching.Methods A total of 160 interns of neurosurgery from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table.The control group(80 students)used the traditional teaching method,and the test group(80 students)used the micro class teaching method.The teaching satisfaction,clinical communication ability,clinical thinking ability,assessment results,and self-evaluation effect of the two groups were compared.Results The total teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,higher than that of the control group,78.75%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the self-assessment scores the clinical communication ability score,the clinical thinking ability score of the experimental group was all higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of micro-lecture teaching method in neurosurgery undergraduate clinical teaching can promote the improvement of teaching effect,improve students'clinical communication and thinking ability,and promote the improvement of satisfaction.
