联合教学在手足显微外科临床带教中的应用

摘要 目的 评估联合教学对临床见习生在手足显微外科临床见习带教的教学效果。方法 2022年4—9月,选取120名进入南华大学附属第一医院手足显微外科临床见习的医学生为研究对象,将其随机分为传统教学组(对照组,n=40),线上线下组(采用线上线下结合教学,n=40),联合教学组(采用线上线下与情景互动教学模式,n=40)。分析三组在考试成绩和教学效果方面的差异。结果 联合教学组、线上线下组及对照组理论考试成绩分别为(32.83±2.75)分、(29.12±3.71)分、(27.50±3.23)分,各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组技能操作考核成绩分别为(51.70±4.33)分、(47.92±4.30)分、(43.57±2.95)分,各组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组总成绩分别为(84.53±5.02)分、(77.04±5.92)分、(70.97±4.00)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合教学组总成绩明显优于另外两组。在问卷调查中,联合教学组中学生的自主学习能力、交流能力、临床应变能力、知识掌握度、学习兴趣、学习效率、新教学模式满意度、合作精神感的满意度均高于另外两组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合教学模式可以有效提高教学质量,增加学习乐趣,帮助医学生掌握手足显微外科相关疾病的初步处理措施,提高其临床实践能力,应用效果较为理想。 Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of a combinatorial teaching model for clinical novices in hand and foot microsurgery.Methods A total of 120 medical students who entered the clinical practice in hand and foot microsurgery were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into traditional teaching group(control group,n=40),online-offline group(using online and offline teaching mode,n=40)and combined teaching group(using online-offline and situational interactive teaching mode,n=40).The differences in test scores and teaching effects among the three groups were analyzed.Results The theoretical test scores of combined teaching group,online-offline group and control group were(32.83±2.75)points,(29.12±3.71)points and(27.50±3.23)points respectively(P<0.05),and their skill operation assessment were(51.70±4.33)points,(47.92±4.30)points,(43.57±2.95)points respectively(P<0.05),and their total grade were(84.53±5.02)points,(77.04±5.92)points,(70.97±4.00)points respectively(P<0.05).In addition,the total score of combined teaching group was significantly better than that of the two other groups.The self-learning ability,communication ability,clinical adaptability,knowledge mastery,learning interest,learning efficiency,new combined teaching mode,and sense of cooperation spirit of middle school students in the combined teaching group were all higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combinatorial teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality,increase the learning fun,help medical students to master the preliminary treatment measures for hand and foot microsurgery related diseases,and improve their clinical practice ability.The application effect of this new combinatorial teaching mode may be ideal.
