基于岗位胜任力视角的护理专业课程思政的设计与实践

摘要 目的 探讨基于岗位胜任力的课程思政在《护士职业素质与能力》课程中的实践效果。方法 选取2021年9—12月齐齐哈尔医学院2021级护理专升本(二年制)83名学生为研究对象,通过自行设计《护理职业素质与能力课程思政现状及满意度调查表》评价课程思政课堂教学效果。结果 83.13%(69/83)的护理学生认为在护士职业素质与能力方面有很大提升,12.05%(10/83)学生认可尚可,4.82%(4/83)学生认为帮助较差;86.75%(72/83)的护理学生认为在培养批判思维、家国情怀和社会责任方面有帮助,7.22%(6/83)学生认可尚可,6.02%(5/83)学生认为帮助较差;85.54%(71/83)的护理学生认为团队合作具有重要意义,10.84%(9/83)学生认可尚可,3.61%(3/83)学生认为帮助较差、84.34%(70/83)的护理学生认为在培养和形成严谨求实、工匠精神方面有帮助;8.43%(7/83)学生认可尚可,7.22%(6/83)学生认为帮助较差。结论 基于岗位胜任力的护理专业课程思政在《护士职业素质与能力》课程中取得了较好效果,课程思政和护理专业课程的有机融合,促进了课堂效果的提升。 Objective To explore the practical effect of ideological and political courses based on post competency in the course of Nurses'Professional Quality and Ability.Methods A total of 83 students of grade 2021 nursing college(two-year program)in Qiqihar Medical College from September to December 2021 were selected as the research objects to carry out the practice of curriculum ideological and political reform,evaluate the effectiveness of ideological and political classroom teaching by designing a self-designed"Questionnaire on the Current Situation and Satisfaction of Ideological and Political Education in Nursing Professional Quality and Ability Courses".Results 83.13%(69/83)of the nursing students thought that their professional quality and ability of nurses had been greatly improved,12.05%(10/83)of the students recognized it as fair,4.82%(4/83)of the students thought it was poor to help;86.75%(72/83)of the nursing students thought it was helpful in cultivating critical thinking,national feelings and social responsibility,7.22%(6/83)of the students recognized it as fair,6.02%(5/83)of the students thought it was poor to help;85.54%(71/83)of the nursing students thought team cooperation was of great significance,and 10.84%(9/83)of the students recognized it as fair,3.61%(3/83)of the students thought the help was poor;84.34%(70/83)of the nursing students thought it was helpful in cultivating and forming a rigorous,realistic and craftsman spirit,8.43%(7/83)of the students recognized it as fair,and 7.22%(6/83)of the students thought the help was poor.Conclusion The ideological and political education of nursing professional courses based on job competency has achieved a good effect in the course of Nurses'Professional Quality and Ability.The organic integration of ideological and political education and nursing professional courses has promoted the improvement of classroom effect.
