前列腺影像报告与数据系统的学习曲线研究

摘要 目的 探讨前列腺影像报告和数据系统(prostate imaging reporting and data system,PI-RADS)的学习曲线。方法 对2022年1—5月在广东省梅州市人民医院放射科轮转的5名住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)医师和5名影像实习医生进行PI-RADS理论培训,然后进行5次阅片考核。采用重复方差分析比较受训者5次阅片分数的差异性,并绘制学习曲线。结果 实习医生与住培医师5次阅片分数之间的差异均有统计学意义(F=20.750、16.769,P <0.001),其中第1次与第2次、第2次与第3次的阅片分数差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),而第3次与第4次、第4次与第5次的阅片分数差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。学习曲线显示,实习医生与住培医师在完成30个病例阅片后出现拐点。结论 实习医生与住培医师经过理论培训和完成30个病例阅片后,可基本掌握PI-RADS并趋于稳定。 Objective To explore the learning curve of the prostate imaging reporting and data system(PIRADS).Methods From January to May,2022,a total of 5 resident doctors and 5 imaging interns were trained in PI-RADS theory,and then five times were examined.Repeated analysis of variance was used to compare the differences of the five reading scores of the trainees,and the learning curve was drawn. Results There were statistically significant differences between the scores of the five reading examinations between intern doctors and regular training doctors (F=20.750, 16.769, P<0.001), and there were statistical differences between the first reading and the second reading, the second reading and the third reading (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between the scores of the third and the fourth, the fourth and the fifth test (P>0.05) . The learning curve shows that the inflection point of interns and resident physicians occurs after completing 30 case readings. Conclusion After the theoretical training and the completion of 30 case readings, the intern and resident physicians can basically master PI-RADS and become stable.
