摘要
目的采用改良医学法庭模式提高临床医学生进入临床之前的理论知识的实际应用能力,培养面对实际问题的临床思维模式,增加医疗安全意识。方法2021年3—7月,招募蚌埠医学院大学三年级临床医学专业学生12名,设立实际医学案例的真实法庭庭审背景,通过教师引导下的学生自主准备,辩论和总结多个过程,刺激学生对于真实诊疗过程的兴趣,开放临床思维,并对医学学习进行主动的反思,提高职业紧迫感。结果课程反馈结果:学生对课程满意度评价平均分为(95.2±2.4)分,课堂学习气氛评分(96.4±1.2)分,教师评分(94.8±1.5)分,教师与学生互动评分(96.0±1.1)分,对课程的时间与设计安排评分(95.5±2.2)分,对课程上课形式满意评分(93.5±1.6)分。100%(12/12)学生愿意继续参加类似课程,100%(12/12)认为课程有很大启发度。教师评估问卷提示:100%(12/12)学生积极参与课程的准备与实施过程,100%(12/12)学生很好地完成所负责部分的工作,83.3%(10/12)学生在课程时积极表达,参与度较高,25.0%(3/12)学生表现尤为突出。教学效果上学生课程相关课程知识问卷评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义[(64.2±9.7)分vs.(79.3±6.8)分,P<0.001]。医疗安全意识方面,教学前仅有16.6%(2/12)的学生对医疗安全认识深刻,教学后100%(12/12)的学生认为医疗安全非常重要,意识到医疗安全意识对未来从业的重大意义。法律意识方面,教学前仅有8.3%(1/12)学生有医学法律知识涉猎,16.6%(2/12)学生曾看过医学法律相关案件内容,教学后100%(12/12)学生认为有必要加强医疗法律的相关学习。结论改良医学法庭模式可以弥补以往模式的不足,激发医学生自主学习的热情,提高其对临床知识的掌握度,增加了其医疗安全意识和医疗法律意识。
Objective To improve the practical application ability of the theoretical knowledge,cultivate the clinical thinking mode facing the practical problems,and increase the awareness of medical safety of clinical medical students before entering the clinic by using the improved medical court model.Methods From March to July 2021,a total of 12 third-year clinical medicine students from Bengbu Medical College were recruited to set up the real court trial background of actual medical cases.The processes including students'self-preparation and debating under the guidance of teachers were used to stimulate the students'interest in the real diagnosis and treatment process,open clinical thinking,and actively reflect on medical learning,so as to improve the sense of professional urgency.Results Course feedback results:the average score of students'satisfaction with the course was(95.2±2.4)points,the score of classroom learning atmosphere was(96.4±1.2)points,the score of teachers was(94.8±1.5)points,the score of teacher-student interaction was(96.0±1.1)points,the score of course time and design arrangement was(95.5±2.2)points,and the score of satisfaction with the course form was(93.5±1.6)points.100%(12/12)students were willing to continue taking similar courses,and 100%(12/12)thaught the courses were very inspiring.Teachers'evaluation questionnaire suggested that 100%(12/12)students actively participated in the preparation and implementation of the course,100%(12/12)students completed the work they were responsible for well,83.3%(10/12)students actively expressed their participation in the course,and 25.0%(3/12)students were particularly outstanding.On the teaching effect,the students'scores in the questionnaire on curriculum-related knowledge increased significantly,with statistical significance[(64.2±9.7)points vs.(79.3±6.8)points,P<0.001].In terms of medical safety awareness,only 16.6%(2/12)students had a deep understanding of medical safety before teaching,and 100%(12/12)students thought medical safety was very important after teaching,and realized the great significance of medical safety awareness for future employment.In terms of legal awareness,only 8.3%(1/12)students had knowledge of medical law before teaching,and 16.6%(2/12)students had seen the contents of medical law-related cases.After teaching,100%(12/12)students thought it necessary to strengthen the study of medical law.Conclusion The improved medical court model can make up for the shortcomings of the previous model,stimulate the enthusiasm of self-learning,improve the mastery of clinical knowledge,and increase the awareness of medical safety and medical law.
