外科学教学中融入课程思政的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics Into Surgery Teaching

外科学是医科教育的重要基础课程,也是医学各亚专业学习的主干课程。外科学的进步不仅仅局限于精细化的人体解剖认知,更依赖于社会需求牵引下的社会生产力水平和自然科学水平的发展,这就对临床医学人才培养体系提出了更加严格的要求。课程思政融入专业课教学过程中,寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,是人才培养的正确方向和必备要素。以脊柱侧凸为例,外科学课程可以从“筛查现状、流行病学、临床表现、分型、治疗原则、手术方案”六个维度依次融入“社会责任感、家国情怀、人文关怀、医者精神、辩证思维、科学精神”等思政元素,通过多元化教学模式和教学方法,构建全面覆盖、内容饱满、层次递进、相互支撑的外科学课程思政教学方法,实现以“立德树人”为根本的三全育人大格局。

Surgery is not only an important basic course of medical education,but also the main course of medical sub majors.The progress of surgery is not only limited to the fine cognition of human anatomy,but more depends on the development of social productivity and natural science driven by social demand,which puts forward more strict requirements for the training system of clinical medical talents.Integrating Ideological and political education into the professional courses could guide values in knowledge teaching and ability training,help students shape correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,which is the correct direction and essential element of talent training.Taking scoliosis as an example,the surgery curriculum can be successively integrated into the ideological and political elements such as"social responsibility,family and country feelings,humanistic care,doctor spirit,dialectical thinking and scientific spirit"from the six dimensions of"screening status,epidemiology,clinical manifestation,classification,treatment principle and operation plan".Through diversified teaching modes and teaching methods,we can build a comprehensive coverage,full content,progressive,mutually supporting ideological and political teaching method of surgery course that would promote the realization of"three full educations"based on"fostering virtue through education".
