临床医学教学中感染性疾病诊、治、防新思路初探

A New Approach to Diagnosis,Treatment and Prevention of Infectious Diseases in Clinical Medicine Teaching

感染性疾病包括传染性感染病和非传染性感染病,近年来我国感染性疾病流行状况发生显著变化,临床医生在临床实践中面临越来越多、越来越复杂的感染性疾病的诊、治、防问题,而临床医学教学中尚未形成对感染性疾病诊治的系统性教学体系,医学生以及住培、专培医生对感染病的学习分散、全科性弱、系统化弱,同时感染病教学时数受限,医学生难以建立全面、系统的感染病诊、治、防思路,文章基于临床实践和教学实践探索建立了感染病诊、治、防新思路,并应用于医学生教学活动中,帮助学生掌握所有感染病的普遍规律,为提高医学生、住培、专培医生规范化诊治防感染病的综合能力、建立有效的临床思维打好基础。

Infectious diseases include contagious infectious diseases and non-contagious diseases.The prevalence of infectious diseases in China has changed significantly in recent years.Clinicians face more and more complex problems in the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in clinical practice.However,the systematic teaching system of the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases has not yet been formed in the clinical medicine teaching.Medical students and medical residents and specialized doctors who need standardized training on infectious diseases learning scattered,general practice is weak and systematization is weak.The teaching hours of infectious diseases are limited.it is difficult is difficult for medical students to establish a comprehensive and systematic idea of diagnosis,treatment and prevention of infection diseases.Based on clinical practice and teaching practice,this paper establishes new ideas of infection diagnosis,treatment and prevention,and applied in the teaching activities of medical students,help students to master the general law of all infectious diseases.So as to improve the comprehensive ability and establish effective clinical thinking of medical students,residential training,special training doctors in diagnosis,treatment and prevention of infectious diseases.
