基于铜稳态重要性探讨铜死亡在肝豆状核变性中的发生机制

摘要 铜的作用在机体的生理活动中具有非常重要的地位。由于各种原因导致的铜代谢障碍引起的体内铜稳态异常会表现为铜缺乏或铜过量,从而产生一系列病理过程,最终导致细胞损害死亡、器官功能异常。铜死亡作为一种新的细胞死亡机制已被发生及证实,其发生与铜过载有关,目前在肝豆状核变性中证实了铜死亡的存在,这对于未来我们研究铜代谢障碍疾病的损伤机制及治疗有重要的意义。 Copper plays a very important role in the physiological activities of the body.Copper metabolism disorders due to various reasons can disrupt the copper homeostasis of the body to cause a deficiency or excess of copper,resulting in a series of pathological processes that eventually lead to cell death and organ dysfunction.Cuproptosis,a newly discovered cell death mechanism,is related to copper overload.Cuproptosis has been confirmed in Wilson's disease,which is of great significance for future research on the mechanism and treatment of copper metabolism disorders.
