侦查启发认知研究的是侦查人员在模糊状况下的认知原理和思维规律。从侦查启发认知的内在运转路径看,主要有激发态、跃迁态、迂回态三种形态。激发态的启发认知方式是灵感,强调的是人在情绪相对活跃、思维持续专注时,潜意识被激活后脑神经优化重组的一种启发认知状态;跃迁态的启发认知方式是直觉,强调的是人在面对突然出现的新问题时,依据已有的知识和经验以高度简化的感性认识直接把握问题本质的一种启发认知状态;迂回态的启发认知方式是顿悟,强调的是通过对问题的重新表征,扩延思维中认知目标和认知手段之间的连接线路,实现迂回式前进的一种启发认知状态。

The research content of investigation enlightenment cognition is the cognitive principle and thinking law of investigators under ambiguous conditions.Its internal operation path mainly has three forms:excited state,transition state and roundabout state.The inspired cognitive mode of the stimulated state is inspiration,which emphasizes that when people are relatively emotionally active and their thinking is continuously focused,the subconscious mind is activated to optimize and reorganize the brain nerves.The enlightened cognitive mode of the transition state is intuition,which emphasizes that when faced with a sudden new problem,people directly grasp the essence of the problem with a highly simplified perceptual understanding based on existing knowledge and experience.The roundabout way of enlightening cognition is epiphany,which emphasizes a heuristic cognitive state that achieves roundabout progress by re-characterizing the problem and expanding the connection between cognitive goals and cognitive means in thinking.
