“一带一路”建设十年来,取得显著成果。实施“一带一路”倡议过程中,形成了“共商、共建、共享”的合作原则,提出了“政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通和民心相通”的发展方向,勾勒了“六廊、六陆、多国、多港”的合作框架,开辟了一些惠及沿线国家的基础设施,产生了一批优质合作项目,为合作伙伴创造了良好的发展机遇,新冠疫情肆虐期间,为沿线国家抗疫合作提供了重要条件……“一带一路”倡议已经成为深受欢迎的公共产品和国际合作平台。同时,“一带一路”倡议承载了代表世界绝大多数国家和人民愿望的新的国际关系原则和国际合作理念。在“一带一路”十年建设过程中,也遇到一系列问题和来自外部的挑战,但这些问题与挑战阻挡不住“一带一路”建设的步伐。习近平总书记在二十大报告中再次强调“推动‘一带一路’高质量发展”。可以预计,“一带一路”建设的潜力必将持续得到发挥。

The"Belt and Road"initiative has yielded remarkable results in the past 10 years.During its implementation,the principle of"extensive consultation,joint construction,and shared benefits"was formed,and the development direction of"policy coordination,infrastructure connectivity,unimpeded trade,financial integration,and people-to-people ties"was proposed,and the framework of"six corridors,six continents,multiple countries,and multiple ports"was depicted,thereby opening up some infrastructure that benefits countries along the route,producing a number of high-quality cooperation projects,creating good development opportunities for partners,and providing important assistance during the Covid-19 epidemic.Nowsdays,the"Belt and Road"initiative has become a popular public product and platform for international cooperation.Simultaneously,the"Belt and Road"initiative carries new principles of international relations and new concepts of international cooperation that represent the wishes of most countries and peoples in the world.During the 10-year construction of the"Belt and Road",a series of problems and external challenges have also been encountered,but these problems and challenges cannot stop the pace of the"Belt and Road"construction.General-Secretary Xi Jinping once again emphasized the highquality development of the"Belt and Road"in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Hence,the potential of the"Belt and Road"construction will certainly be brought into full play.
