摘要
在市场竞争环境下,财务风险作为企业生存和发展的一个关键因素,显得尤为重要。企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中保持自身可持续性的竞争优势,就必须先认识和了解财务风险的成因,并提前采取相应措施防范和控制风险,从而有效避免出现大的损失。本文以中孚实业为例,通过对当前公司存在的财务风险的分析,并找出发生财务风险的原因,最后对企业如何防范和控制财务风险提出具有针对性的建议。
In the market competition environment,financial risk is particularly important as a key factor for the survival and development of enterprises.If enterprises want to maintain their sustainable competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,they must first understand and understand the causes of financial risks,and take corresponding measures in advance to prevent and control risks,so as to effectively avoid large losses.Therefore,this paper takes Zhongfu Industry as an example to analyze the current financial risks of the company,find out the causes of financial risks,and finally put forward targeted suggestions on how to prevent and control financial risks.
