探究隔代抚育下婴幼儿托育困境动因与路径选择

Motivation and Path Selection of Infant Care Dilemma under the Intergenerational Care

城市化快节奏生活,农村青壮年背井离乡,祖辈隔代抚育现象愈发普遍,家庭资源稀缺,照料幼童的重担落在祖辈身上。该研究基于田野调查且采取立意抽样方法收集城乡四十二份访谈资料,利用Nvivo12软件对访谈资料进行数据编码和定性分析。探寻了隔代抚育的内在动因,即面对道德绑架与家庭协助责任,血浓于水的情感、情不得已的选择挤压祖辈资源。为减轻祖辈育儿重负,本研究提出以增能理论实现安老怀幼、合家欢乐的有效路径。

The fast pace of urbanization,rural young adults are displayed from their hometowns,the phenomenon of grandparents taking care of children is becoming more and more common.Family resources are scarce,and the burden of taking care of young children falls on the grandparents.This study is based on field survey and adopted the method of conceptual sampling to collect 42 interview data in urban and rural areas.Nvivo12 software was used to conduct data coding and qualitative analysis of the interview data.This internal motivation of intergenerational care was revealed,that is,in the face of moral abduction and family assistance responsibility,the emotion that blood is thicker than water and the feeling has to squeeze the resources of the grandparents.In order to reduce the burden of the grandparents'child rearing,this study proposed an effective path of using the theory of enhancing energy to realize the happiness of the family.
