摘要
在过去的几年里,由于行业经济的快速发展和相关政策的实施,SF速运已经成为中国快递行业领先的民营企业。然而,在竞争激烈、瞬息万变的市场环境中,企业面临着如何在瞬息万变的竞争环境中长期生存和发展的问题。顺丰速运集团制定了多项企业级战略,结合相应的管理层战略,确定了顺丰速运集团的成长目标。通过本文的研究,对目前国内快递市场的竞争格局和快递企业的中长期发展方向提出了一些建议。
In the past few years,due to the rapid development of the industry economy and the implementation of relevant policies,SF Express has become a leading private enterprise in China's express delivery industry.However,in the highly competitive and changeable market environment,enterprises are faced with the problem of how to survive and develop in the long term in the ever-changing competitive environment.SF Express Group has developed a number of enterprise-level strategies,combined with the corresponding management level strategies,to determine the growth of SF Express Group targets.Through this study,some suggestions are provided for the current competition pattern of domestic express delivery market and the medium-and long-term development direction of express delivery enterprises.
