摘要 针对包装生产线装箱效率低、不能满足实时监控和可视化需求等方面的问题,采用“PLC+HMI”的上、下位机控制模式,设计了一种自动化包装生产线的装箱控制系统。选取HMI作为上位机实现对系统运行状态的可视化监控,选取PLC作为下位机实现对系统的精准点位控制,并采用伺服反复示教的方法进行多次实验,记录不同的等待、抓取、横移、旋转及放料点位,通过实验验证了经过伺服示教后的装箱路径下钢瓶自动装箱的平均时间约为13.9 s,相较于传统装箱路径缩短了时间。实验结果表明,该装箱控制系统能够提高装箱效率,具有良好的实时性、同步性以及可靠性,可以在智能工厂中应用。 In view of the problems of low efficiency of the packing production line and failure to meet the demand of real-time monitoring and visualization,a packing control system of the automatic packing production line is designed by adopting the upper and lower computer control mode of“PLC+HMI”.The HMI is selected as the upper computer to realize the visual monitoring of the system operation status,and the PLC is selected as the lower computer to realize the precise point control of the system,and the servo repeated demonstration method is used for several experiments to record different waiting,grasping,traversing,rotating and discharging points.Experimentally verified that the average time of automatic cylinder loading under the loading path after servo teaching is about 13.9 s.The time is shortened compared with the traditional packing path.The experimental results show that the packing control system can improve the efficiency of packing,with good real-time,synchronization and reliability,and can be applied in the smart factory.
