摘要
该文针对站台门系统和信号系统在滑动门开关过程中出现的问题,提出一种基于STM32的接口电压在线采集装置。以STM32F103VCT6为主控芯片设计了各电路模块,各模块相互配合,实现双方接口电压的数据采集,并通过隔离、放大、处理后传输给上位机。在样机测试过程中,该装置能够准确无误地对双方接口电压实时监测,从而对问题进行跟踪溯源,具有很强的实用价值。
Aiming at the problems of sliding door switching in platform door system and signal system,this paper proposes an on-line voltage acquisition device based on STM32.STM32F103VCT6 is used as the main control chip to design circuit modules,which cooperate with each other to realize the data acquisition of interface voltage of both sides,and transmit to the upper computer through isolation,amplification and processing.In the process of prototype testing,the device can accurately monitor the voltage of the two interfaces in real time,so as to trace the source of the problem,which has a strong practical value.
