The incidence of stroke is increasing year by year due to various reasons,and the number of hemiplegic patients is also increasing.A series of complications caused by the complexity of stroke patients with hemiplegia have caused widespread heated discussion.Among them,secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegia patients has become the focus and difficulty of research.Early intervention has become one of the main strategies for the disease prevention and treatment due to its advantages of safety and effectiveness.At present,there are few studies on the prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients with early intervention.People generally do not understand the harm of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients.Most doctors in this field also pay insufficient attention.Therefore,the authors focus on the theme of early intervention for prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients,emphasize the importance of early intervention for prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients,introduce in detail relevant measures such as early intervention in health education,early intervention with osteoporosis drugs,and early intervention with operation therapy.It is summarized that the significance of early intervention for prevention and treatment of secondary osteoporosis in hemiplegic patients.
