摘要
文章根据我国盐化工领域发展特点及高层次科技人才需求,构建了盐化工高层次科技人才评价指标系统。结合文献调研与同行问询等方式,综合应用德尔菲法与层次分析法,确定了科技人才评价主体权重与不同类型人才评价指标权重的比例体系。
According to the development characteristics of China's salt chemical industry and the demand for high-level scientific and technological talents,this article constructed an evaluation index system for high-level scientific and technological talents in salt chemical industry.By combining literature research and peer inquiry,and comprehensively applying the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,the proportion system of the main weight of scientific and technological talent evaluation and the weight of different types of talent evaluation indicators had been determined.
