摘要
文章主要介绍一种盐湖氯化锂混合溶液分级反应结晶高收率制备高纯度碳酸锂的工艺方法,通过两级结晶反应,分别控制反应摩尔比,减少杂质离子的夹带,一级反应结晶产品经洗涤合格后达到电池级碳酸锂标准,二级反应结晶产品经酸化后返回反应结晶,从而使锂回收率提高至96.35%。
This article mainly introduced a process for preparing high-purity lithium carbonate by grading reaction crystallization of salt lake lithium chloride mixed solution,through two-stage crystallization reaction,respectively control the molar ratio of the reaction,reduce the entrainment of impurity ions,the primary reaction crystallization product reaches the battery-grade lithium carbonate standard after washing,and the secondary reaction crystallization product returns to the reaction crystallization after acidification,so as to increase the lithium recovery rate to 96.35%.
