集中供热利用梁式窑导热油余热探讨

Discussion on Utilization of Residual Heat of Heat Transfer Oilin Beam Kiln for Central Heating

高耗能企业普遍存在能源综合利用率低的情况,主要原因是生产过程中的余热未有效利用,大多企业在设计时未考虑余热的回收利用。结合某企业集中供热情况,对余热量进行测算,提出梁式窑导热油余热作为热源进行集中供热的可行性。经测算可作为集中供热热源,经济效益显著。

High energy-consuming enterprises generally have low comprehensive utilization rate of energy.The main reason is that the waste heat in the production process is not effectively utilized.Most enterprises do not consider the recovery and utilization of waste heat in design.Combined with the situation of central heating in an enterprise,the residual heat is calculated,and the feasibility of using the residual heat of heat transfer oil in the beam kiln as the heat source for central heating is proposed.It can be used as the heat source of central heating after calculation,with remarkable economic benefits.
