摘要 文章简要概述了深水采油树在启动过程中的各工况低温分析,分别对水下设备最低设计温度确定工况、水下采油树初始启动工况、水下采油树生产再启动工况进行了专项分析,为水下设备最低设计温度选取提供了借鉴;水下设备最低设计温度确定工况为最保守设计工况,没有考虑甲醇、乙二醇注入对油嘴下游温度的提升作用,按该工况选取最低设计温度可防止水下设备在化学药剂注入异常时的低温损坏;水下采油树初始启动工况考虑了甲醇、乙二醇注入的温度提升作用,可用于优化海管氮气预充压力,降低项目初始投资;水下采油树生产再启动工况考虑甲醇注入、不预充乙二醇工况下的低温,可用于海管应力分析、水合物抑制剂的复核等工况。该文章低温分析为后续类似深水油气田项目开发提供了借鉴。 The article briefly introduces the various conditions low temperature analysis of subsea christmas tree,and makes special analysis on the minimum design temperature of subsea equipment,the initial startup condition of subsea christmas tree,and the restart condition of subsea christmas tree,providing a reference for the selection of the minimum design temperature of subsea equipment;The minimum design temperature of the subsea equipment is the most conservative design condition,without considering the effect of methanol and glycol injection on the downstream temperature of the choke.Selecting the minimum design temperature based on the condition can prevent the low-temperature damage of the subsea equipment during abnormal chemical injection;The temperature rise effect of methanol and glycol injection is considered in the initial start-up condition,which can be used to optimize the nitrogen pre-filling pressure of the subsea pipeline and reduce the initial investment of the project;The low temperature under the conditions of methanol injection and no pre-filling of glycol is considered for the restart condition,which can be used for the stress analysis of subsea pipelines and the review of hydrate inhibitors.The low-temperature analysis of this article provides a reference for the development of similar subsea projects.
