中国卵圆孔未闭诊治的探索与展望

Exploration and prospect of diagnosis and treatment of patent foramen ovale in China

卵圆孔未闭是指新生儿出生后,卵圆孔并未完全关闭,致心腔内血流异常通道出现,伴或不伴临床症状的一组疾病。在过去,开放性手术是治疗卵圆孔未闭的主要方法,但是随着医学技术的发展,卵圆孔未闭介入治疗逐渐取代了传统手术,成为治疗卵圆孔未闭的主流方法。同时,卵圆孔未闭封堵术的手术入路、引导方式及治疗器械也在不断更新。本文在总结笔者多年临床研究经验的基础上,从卵圆孔未闭诊治的热点、现状及策略探索等方面作一述评。

Patent foramen ovale refers to a group of diseases in which the foramen ovale is not completely closed after birth,resulting in abnormal blood flow channels in the heart cavity,with or without clinical symptoms.In the past,open surgery was the main method for the treatment of patent foramen ovale,but with the development of medical technology,interventional treatment of patent foramen ovale has gradually replaced the traditional surgery and become the mainstream method for the treatment of patent foramen ovale.At the same time,the surgical approaches,guidance methods and therapeutic instruments for the closure of patent foramen ovale are constantly updated.Based on the author's many years of clinical research experience,this article reviews the hot spots,current situation and strategy exploration in the diagnosis and treatment of patent foramen ovale.
