“双循环”背景下河南省物流业高质量发展探究

Research on the High-Quality Development of Logistics Industry in Henan Province Under the Background of"Double Circulation"

现代物流是连接生产和消费、延伸产业链、提升价值链、打造供应链的重要支撑,是促进国民经济畅通运转的关键。党的二十大报告中强调要发展物联网,构建高效流通体系,建设现代化产业体系。文章采用PEST模型,从政策环境、经济环境、社会环境和技术环境四个方面分析了河南省物流行业现状,并提出了优化策略,包括完善现代物流体系的顶层设计、大力发展物流枢纽的经济、推动物流业数字化转型、促进城市物流配送的绿色低碳发展等。这些策略旨在为构建河南省现代化物流体系提供决策支持。河南省物流业也应在政策支持下,积极进取,加快数字化转型,优化物流业态,提高物流服务质量,从而为推动河南省经济高质量发展做出积极贡献。

Modern logistics is an important support to connect production and consumption,extend the industrial chain,upgrade the value chain,build the supply chain,and the key to promote the smooth operation of the national economy.The report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC emphasizes the development of the Internet of Things,building an efficient circulation system,and building a modern industrial system.In this paper,PEST model is used to analyze the current situation of logistics industry in Henan Province from four aspects:policy environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment.This paper puts forward optimization strategies,including improving the top-level design of modern logistics system,vigorously developing the economy of logistics hub,promoting the digital transformation of logistics industry,and promoting the green and low-carbon development of urban logistics distribution,and other aspects.These strategies aim to provide decision support for the construction of a modern logistics system in Henan Province.With the support of the policy,the logistics industry in Henan province should actively forge ahead,accelerate the digital transformation,optimize the logistics format,improve the quality of logistics service,and make positive contributions to the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.
