商零配送是烟草供应链的最后一个环节,面向广大的零售户群体,在提升服务效率的同时,贯彻落实绿色循环供应链物流也尤为重要。为解决传统的商零交接存在的运营成本高、小票信息不全且容易泄密、不易保管及无法查询当前和历史订单详情等问题,云南烟草积极开展“互联网+”绿色物流的应用研究,探索多种卷烟无纸化智能配送模式,研发了卷烟无纸化智能配送应用“云香物流”,不仅提升了业务服务效率和满意度,还逐步实现了绿色物流,为国家节能减排和环境保护做出积极贡献。

Retail distribution is the last link of tobacco supply chain,facing the vast retail groups,while improving service efficiency,the implementation of green circulation supply chain logistics is also particularly important.In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional business zero handover,such as high operating cost,receipt information being incomplete,easy to leak,not easy to keep and being unable to query the current and historical order details,Yunnan Tobacco actively carries out the application research of Internet Plus green logistics,explores a variety of paperless intelligent distribution modes for cigarettes,and develops the paperless intelligent distribution application,"Yunxiang logistics".It not only improved business service efficiency and satisfaction,but also gradually realized green logistics,making positive contributions to national energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection.
