榆林市生鲜农产品冷链物流体系优化研究

Research on the Fresh Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics System Optimization in Yulin

榆林拥有丰富的农产品资源,是西北地区重要的商品粮、肉、乳、油生产及消费地。然而,就目前而言,榆林市农产品冷链物流发展相对滞后,且存在较多问题,已不能满足城市居民对农产品安全和质量的更高要求。因此,文章以榆林市为例,分析当前生鲜农产品冷链物流体系发展现状,并提出促进榆林市生鲜农产品冷链物流体系的优化建议,以期能够推动榆林市生鲜农产品产业发展。

As a typical agricultural city with rich agricultural resources,Yulin is an important production and consumption base of commodity grain,meat,milk,oil.However,at present,the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Yulin is relatively lagging behind,and there are many problems,which cannot meet the improvement of urban residents'requirements for the safety and quality of agricultural products.Therefore,this paper takes Yulin city as an example,analyzes the current development status of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics system,and puts forward suggestions to promote the optimization of the cold chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products in Yulin city,in order to promote the development of fresh agricultural products industry in Yulin city.
